The Pink Olive
A small green-tiled corner for slow mornings — good coffee, honest brunch and something sweet to finish.

No sprawling menu — just coffee worth the walk, brunch worth lingering over, and treats worth saving room for. See the full sample menu below.
Slow espresso, proper milk texture, and a filter on rotation for the purists at the counter seats.
A tight, seasonal plate list built for two-hour tables and second pots of tea.
Traybakes and pastries made in-house, kept behind the counter glass until you point.

The two faces you'll see behind the counter most mornings. Will and Tom run the day-to-day at The Pink Olive — from pulling the first shots at 8:30 to closing up after the last table's gone.
Say hello next time you're in — they're usually the ones talking you into the extra slice of cake.
"There is a wide range of tasty drinks but the best part has to be the food."
"The cafe is beautifully decorated and lovely staff."
"Had a delicious breakfast there today, with drinks."
Tucked into the shopfronts of Bitterne Park — look for the green tile and the pink lettering above the door.

There's on-street parking around Bitterne Park, and it's an easy walk from the local bus routes along the high street. Spaces can get busy at weekends, so allow a little extra time.
We have step-free access at the front door and space to accommodate prams and wheelchairs on the ground floor. Give us a call ahead of your visit if you have any specific access questions.
We can accommodate small group bookings and are happy to chat through larger get-togethers outside of normal hours. Reach out via phone or the contact form above and we'll see what we can do.
